Cargo Direct International has entered into a strategic alliance with Fluke Transportation Group Stillwater Capital acted as exclusive advisor to Cargo Direct International

Cargo Direct International (CDI) and Fluke Transportation Group have entered into a strategic relationship.

John Willis, chairman of CDI, stated that CDI needed to provide an increased geographic coverage to meet the transportation requirements of its growing customer base and Fluke’s strong presence and 95-year history in Southern Ontario made it the natural choice.

Ron Foxcroft, president of Fluke, stated that Fluke needed a stronger presence in the GTA LTL market and CDI’s extensive track record of providing a consistent high-quality service area will provide a significant boost to its service offering.

Cementing the relationship was the common culture of integrity and high service upon which both companies were formed and operate.
